1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Gigsy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies referenced here. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Keep your OTP and login credentials confidential.
• Immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Platform Role (Connection Only)

Gigsy is a connection platform that helps Service Seekers and Service Professionals find each other. Providers listed on our platform are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or partners of Gigsy.

4. Listings, Requests & Communication

• Seekers must post genuine service requirements and avoid misleading information.
• Providers must present accurate skills, experience, pricing, and availability.
• All users must communicate respectfully and professionally.
• Gigsy may moderate, remove, or restrict content that violates policies or causes risk.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the platform for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
• Providing fake reviews, false claims, or misleading information.
• Attempting to bypass security, OTP systems, or access restricted areas.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any user or provider.
• Uploading malware, spam, or any content that disrupts services.

6. Payments & Pricing

Gigsy may display pricing information when provided by professionals. Final pricing, payment method, and service scope are decided between the Seeker and the Professional unless otherwise stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gigsy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to financial loss, injury, or property damage during service execution.

8. Account Suspension / Termination

Gigsy may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk to other users, or misuse the platform, without prior notice where permitted by law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
